Ms. Namrata Shetty is an Assistant Professor. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and Bachelor’s Degree in Law from New Law College, Mumbai (Mumbai University). She has successfully headed the cluster- based examination by Mumbai University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Christ University (Lavasa). She began her teaching career in July 2017 and taught a range of law subjects such as Labour Laws, Hindu Law, Interpretation laws, Evidence, etc. and other subjects in P.G. courses like Masters in Constitutional law and Diploma in Cyber Laws. She holds a teaching experience of 5.5 hours years in all.
LLM (Criminal Law)
Adv. Neena George has completed her BLS. LLB (Hons.) from Mumbai University, and has secured Gold medal in LLM (Criminal Law) from NMIMS’s Kirit P. Mehta College of Law. She is also currently pursuing MA in Criminal Law and
Forensic Science from NALSAR, Hyderabad. Additionally, she also holds a Diploma in Forensic Science and Criminal Law, Cyber Law and a PG Diploma in IPR from Mumbai University. She began her teaching career as a faculty member in FACTS
with a vision to bridge the gap between forensics and criminal practice wherein she was involved with the course structuring and teaching for various courses held at KC Law College, PGCL and KES Law College. She is also a visiting faculty at SNDT Law College(Juhu), K G Shah Law College, and KES Law college and teaches subjects such as Law of evidence, Criminal procedure code, labour law, contract, jurisprudence, criminology, Hindu Family law,etc. She is also a practicing lawyer and engages in criminal and family matters. She has published papers on various aspects
of Criminal law and its application. She is also an executive member at Lions Club of Bombay(Kalina) and is in involved in several social activities.

Pranav has graduated from KES’ Shri. Jayantilal H. Patel Law College. He did his articleship as a Trainee Solicitor under the guidance of Solicitor Smita Vora. He has accumulated experience of about 8 years in the field of RERA, Arbitration, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, SEBI, IPR, Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation and has appeared before High Court, Security Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Court and various other Judicial and Quasi-Judicial bodies.
Pranav has served as the first President of the Students’ Moot Court Society and is now a member of the Alumni Committee. He has participated in several National and International Moot court competitions conducted across the country. His moot team has been awarded two accolades for being the finest moot team and has several other accolades to his name. Additionally, he also has completed certification courses in the General Introduction to IPR and Patent Cooperation Treaty conducted by prestigious institutions, World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
Pranav is currently working as a Legal Consultant for Sheth Developers.

Pathkar college 6 years for Bachelors and Masters department subjects are Economics, Foundation course, Indian financial services, micro and macro economics, Industrial economics.

Additionally, he has completed a certification course in Intellectual Property Rights with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), broadening his proficiency in this crucial area of law. Adv. Varia is the co-founder of V & V Law Associates, based in Mumbai, offering litigation and non-litigation services across Maharashtra and Gujarat. His litigation practice spans various areas, including Civil, RERA, Consumer, Family, Testamentary, Adoption, Guardianship, and Society matters. Beyond his legal practice, he contributes to the academic community as a visiting faculty member at KES’ Shri. Jayantilal H. Patel Law College, Kandivali West, Mumbai.
