Ms Viral Dave is the I/c Principal. She has extensive experience of 10 years as an academician. Academically she has completed her LLM in Human Rights and Business Law. She has been actively involved in institution building (Syllabus Designing, Academic Administration, Academic Head, Coordinator of Conferences and many more). She has been teaching varied subjects like Constitutional Law, Transfer of Property Act, Jurisprudence & Alternate Dispute Resolution. She has published papers in International Journals and Conference Proceedings. Her educational leadership promotes the success of all students while facilitating the development, implementation and stewardship of a vision for learning. She is currently pursuing her PhD and her research interest lies in surrogacy.

B.A, MLI Sc., NET (Library & Information Science), Pursuing Ph.D.
Ms. Shweta Pathak is a Librarian and IQAC Co-ordinator in our college. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s Degree from SNDT Women’s University. She has qualified UGC NET in Library & Information Science in the year 2018. She specializes in Library and Information Science. She has an experience of 6 years and in-depth knowledge of library policies, procedures, practices and expertise in using online database services and virtual reference services. Her areas of interest include Digital Libraries, Open Archives, Information storage and retrieval and Library Management. She has published research articles at National/International Conferences. She is pursuing a PhD in Challenges and Issues in College Library Websites in Relation to its Information Architecture: A Survey of Maharashtra State from Amravati University, Maharashtra. Her role and responsibilities are to establish and implement library policies, procedures, use of all appropriate resources and promote awareness of research resources, library services and learning opportunities. She guides to students and faculty regarding internet resources and credibility of the information.
M.A (Sociology), NET, Pursuing Ph.D.
Ms. Nikhita Sujata Vinayak Patil is an Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Social Science. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Mumbai and Master’s Degree from SNDT University. She cleared UGC NET in Sociology in the year 2015. She teaches Sociology & History and has been a visiting faculty at KES Shroff College of Arts and Commerce. Before joining KES Institution, she had teaching experience of one and a half years at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. She has also worked as a website designer and has developed several E-learning courses for Banking, Financial services and Insurance sectors. Her areas of interest include Women’s liberation and culture- specific heinous honour killings and Indigenous cultures and their status in contemporary society. Ms. Patil has also participated in several national and international conferences, seminars and has published papers to her credit.
LL.M (Criminology) NET (Law), Pursuing Ph.D.
Ms. Vishalakshi Sathianathan is the Head of Department (Law) and Course Co- ordinator for Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law. She has over 8 years of teaching experience as an academician. She completed her BLS, LLB Law course from ILS Law College, Pune in 2013 and LLM in Criminal Law and Administration with distinction from Central India College, Nagpur University in 2015. She has qualified UGC NET in 2018 and has been a visiting faculty at Central India College, Nagpur and TMC Law College, Thane. Intent on dwelling into criminological aspects of crime, her area of research centres on the status of mentally ill in the criminal justice system and is pursuing a Ph.D. in this arena. She has published papers cantered around this theme in national and international conferences. An academic consultant for the Centre for Criminology and Public Policy, she is currently involved in an ongoing major project on crime victimization in metro cities with the said institute. She has been called upon to chair sessions and as a panellist by various institutions on topics ranging from gender inclusivity to police science.

Ms Pooja Maniar is an Assistant Professor, teaching subjects such as Labour Law, Family Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, etc. She graduated with BA (Economics) from the University of Mumbai and completed her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws (Business Law) from S.N.D.T University. She is currently pursuing PhD from Sandip University, Nashik. Her areas of interest are Industrial Relations, Labour Law, I&B, Family Law, Business Law, and Corporate law. She is a Course Co-ordinator for Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights. She has participated in and presented various papers at national and international conferences and published a research paper on Assisted Reproductive Technologies, and Atrocities on LGBTQ in various journals. Before teaching, she has 9 years of corporate experience.

Ms Pinny Pathak is an Assistant Professor, teaching subjects of Public International Law and Human Rights, Contract -I, Law and Medicine, Civil Procedure Code, Drafting Pleading and Conveyance, Administrative Law and Hindu Law. Additionally she is Course Co-ordinator for LLM and Managerial Representative for ISO. She has completed her graduation- B.A. (Political Science) from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, LLB from G. J. Advani Law College, Mumbai and Masters in Law- (LL.M. in Human Rights) from S.N.D.T. University. She was a meritorious student securing 2nd Position in LL.M. (Human Rights) consecutively for the Academic Year 2016-2017 and 2017- 2018. She qualified for MH-SET in the year 2020. She has a noteworthy experience of 5 years in the field of Litigation. She was a legal researcher and writer for the website -Intolegalworld.com writing articles on various socio-legal issues. She has been a Visiting Lecturer at S.N.D.T. Law College, G. J. Advani Law College, Jitendra Chauhan College of Law (JCCL), and K. G. Shah Law College for the past 3 years. She has volunteered with NGOs’ namely Akanksha Foundation and Komal Sapne, Mumbai. Her research areas include International Law and Human Rights.

Ms Anushree Bhatt, a Commerce graduate and a Gold Medallist in LL.B. (Legum Baccalaureus) and LL.M. (Latin Legum Magister) in Criminal Law and Administration from the University of Mumbai. She has manifold exposure to varied research problems and started teaching in law colleges in the year 2022. Her predominant interest in research lies in the area of Criminal law, Family law, and Constitutional law and her areas of expertise include legal and professional exposure. She has to her credit a list of research papers, chapters and articles in the best international journals. As a faculty, she teaches a wide spectrum of subjects such as Land Law, Legal Language, Constitutional law, Family law, and Administrative law and in addition, she teaches Constitutional law in LL.M. In her area of practice in legal and professional enthusiasm she also trains students in a practical approach by teaching subjects Practical training and Drafting, Pleading and Conveyance II. She is an Assistant IQAC Co-ordinator for NAAC.

Dr Berlina Lopes is an academician, she has completed her MA in English Literature, and Bachelor of Education in English & History and submitted her PhD thesis in the area of Communication Competence and English Language Proficiency. She is a Course Co- ordinator for Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation. As an academician, she has taught subjects including Business and Professional Communication to Engineering, Pharmacy and Undergraduate Commerce students, Grammar and Art of Writing, Gender and Feminism and varied literature subjects to undergraduate Literature students. She began her teaching career with KES’ Law College in 2015. She has presented and published in national and international conferences, seminars and journals. Her area of expertise lies in Gender studies, mythology and Language proficiency of college students.

Ms Eveta Fernandes is an academician with an overall experience of more than 4 years. Her specialization is in teaching Logic (A branch of Philosophy). She has previously taught Logic at a Junior college of Arts, Philosophy at a Degree College of Arts, Foundation Course at a Degree College of Science, and Logic, English, History and Sociology at a Law College as both visiting and full-time faculty. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Philosophy from the University of Mumbai. She enjoys research work and has published her papers and participated in webinars, seminars and conferences.

Ms. Shivani Negi is an Assistant Professor. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Gurunanak Dev University (Amritsar) and Bachelor’s Degree in Law from law college Dehradun (Utaranchal University). She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Lovely Professional University Jalndhar (Punjab). She began her teaching career in July 2017 and taught a range of law subjects such as Law of Contract, Hindu Law, Law of crimes, Transfer of Property Act, Evidence, etc. and other subjects in P.G. courses like Masters in Criminal law. She holds a teaching experience of 4 years in all. Ms. Shivani Negi has also participated in international conferences and has published papers having scopus index to her credit.

Ms. Namrata Shetty is an Assistant Professor. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and Bachelor’s Degree in Law from New Law College, Mumbai (Mumbai University). She has successfully headed the cluster- based examination by Mumbai University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Christ University (Lavasa). She began her teaching career in July 2017 and taught a range of law subjects such as Labour Laws, Hindu Law, Interpretation laws, Evidence, etc. and other subjects in P.G. courses like Masters in Constitutional law and Diploma in Cyber Laws. She holds a teaching experience of 5.5 hours years in all.

Ambari Patwardhan is an Assistant Professor. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (S.N.D.T University), Bachelor’s Degree in Law from (University of Mumbai), and Master’s Degree in Business Law from University of Mumbai. She began her teaching career in 2018 and taught a range of subjects such as Law of Contract, Indian Partnership Act, Limited Liability Partnership, Indian Companies Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Sale of Goods Act, SEBI. She has taught Media related law to Flim Television and Production.

Nilima Gupta is an Assistant Professor. She has worked in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as an H.R. Associate. She has taught History and Political Science for UPSC and MPSC exams. She has also taught and trained students in a PAN India institute for general knowledge and current affairs for competitive entrance exams. She has consistently been associated with the NGO – Sahayog Yuva foundation.
